Our Workflow

GEAR & SOFTWARE

  • Microphones

    We use industry standard Shure SM7B Microphones with Cloudlifter preamps for all in-studio and mobile recordings. For live performances we use the legendary Shure SM58’s. If you have a preference, or want to use your own mics for mobile or in-studio recording, please reach out!

  • Software

    We use the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite for all our production needs. For audio we edit with Audition, video we use Premiere Pro. Please reach out for other platform options.

  • Video

    For all in-studio HD recordings we use Logitech C920s Cameras (4x) and for our 4k tier, we use Canon C-100 and C-300’s. Exceptions can be made. Please reach out for more info!

Mobile Recording Workflow

  • Click Book Session

    1/ Book a Session

    Click “Book Session” anywhere on our site.

    2/ Select a Service

    Click Mobile, then Minisode or Full Episode.

    3/ Select a session

    Choose Minisode and Full Episode

    5/ Date and Time

    Select your ideal date and time.

  • Terms and Conditions agreement with sections on consultation, production, and post-production cancellation policies, including specific time frames and fees, with a checkbox for agreement and a 'Pay Now' button.

    7/ Agree to Terms

    Agree to our terms and conditions.

  • Online payment form for a $100 mobile podcast recording, including fields for first name, last name, credit card number, zip code, and buttons for 'Pay & Confirm' and 'Cancel'.

    8/ Pay

    Securely enter your payment and wallah!
